SAI CAB SERVICE - Cancellation and Refund Policy

1Advance Cancellation (Before Trip Start Time)

✓ Zero Cancellation Fee

  • Local/Outstation Round Trip:If cancelled 6 hours or more before trip start time, full advance amount will be refunded with zero cancellation fee.
  • Outstation One-Way:If cancelled 3 hours or more before trip start time, full advance amount will be refunded.

⚠️ Cancellation Penalty

If cancellation is made within the above time frames, a cancellation fee of ₹250 or the advance payment made (whichever is lower) will be deducted.

2Last-Minute Cancellation / No-Show

Last-Minute Cancellation (Within 1 hour of trip start)

If you cancel within 1 hour of trip start time, a cancellation fee of ₹500 or the advance payment made (whichever is lower) will be deducted.

No-Show (Customer Not Present)

If the cab reaches the pickup location and the customer is not present even after 30 minutes of waiting, this will be considered a 'No-Show'. In this case, the entire advance amount will be forfeited as cancellation fee, and no refund will be provided.

3Cancellation by Sai Cab Service

If Sai Cab Service has to cancel a booking due to unavoidable circumstances (such as car breakdown, driver unavailability, or safety concerns), the customer will be immediately notified and a 100% full refund of the advance amount will be processed.

4Refund Process

All eligible refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment source.

Refund requests will only be accepted through Sai Cab Service's official website, app, or customer care number.

5Additional Terms & Conditions

📍 Delay in Pickup Time

If the driver is delayed by more than 30 minutes in reaching the pickup location, the customer can cancel the booking without any cancellation fee and receive a full refund of the advance amount.

📅 Booking Modification

Changes to booking date or time can be made 24 hours in advance without any fee, subject to car availability.

🚗 Vehicle Quality

If the allocated car does not meet the conditions mentioned at the time of booking (e.g., AC not working or car not clean), the customer can immediately notify customer care. In such cases, cancellation will result in a full refund of the advance amount.

💰 Advance Payment

To confirm booking online or via phone, an advance payment of 20% or ₹500 (whichever is higher) is mandatory.
