Comprehensive Terms and Conditions
By using the cab services provided by SAI Cab Service ("Company"), all customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which will be a legally binding agreement.
I. Service and Booking Provisions

| 3. Vehicle Description, Maintenance, and Option | Sai Cab will make reasonable efforts to ensure that all vehicles are in clean, air-conditioned (AC), and safe working condition. II. Financial Terms, Cancellation and Waiting

| 10. Cancellation and No-Show Fee | Policy: No fee on cancellation of customer 30 minutes before scheduled pickup time. After this period, or in case of no-show, cancellation fee of ₹100/- (or prescribed amount) will be applicable. | Compensates the business for loss of driver's time and opportunity. | - |

III. Conduct, Liability, and Travel

| 15. Itinerary and Route | Sightseeing places will be done according to the itinerary. Route or destination cannot be changed without prior notice. | Defines operational boundaries. | - |

IV. Legal and Final Provisions
